These conditions together identify games with low recent Elo momentum shifts, a referee crew that has historically officiated higher-scoring games, and variable offensive point production over the last 5 games.

Targets games where the favorite lacks recent momentum, the assigned referee's games average high total scoring, and one team shows significant offensive inconsistency over their last five games.
