How This System Works
This system identifies NBA moneyline bets where the team's combined margin across their last 3 games is 43.5 points or fewer, the opponent has averaged 104.45 points or fewer over their last 5 games, the opponent has allowed more than 120.675 points per game over their last 5 games, and the opponent has an Elo rating of 1525.525 or lower. These conditions together identify games where the betting team has played close recent games while facing an opponent with a low Elo rating that has scored at a low rate but also given up points at a high rate in recent contests.
Targets teams in closely contested games facing lower-rated opponents who score minimally but allow high point totals. Filters for favorites against defensively porous teams with low offensive output and moderate Elo ratings.
