How This System Works

The system selects games where the team has a standard deviation of home runs per batter above 1.1738 over their last 10 games, the team's moneyline odds are +101.5 or shorter (closer to even or favored), and the team is receiving positive points on the spread as an underdog. This identifies games where a team shows high variability in individual batter home run production, has moneyline odds near even money or better, while simultaneously being spotted points as the underdog on the spread line.

Backs underdogs on the spread in games where the team has strong homerun production (over 1.17 per game) and faces a moneyline of +101 or shorter, indicating closely matched contests.
