How This System Works

This system selects underdogs on the spread where the team's average plate appearances per batter over their last 10 games is 37.35 or fewer, and the team's moneyline odds are +107.5 or shorter (closer to even). These conditions identify games where the underdog team has had relatively fewer plate appearances per batter recently and faces moneyline odds near the pick'em range.

Backs underdogs on the run line when facing teams with limited recent batting plate appearances (≤37.35 average over last 10) and modest moneyline odds (≤+107.5).
