Heavy Favorites with Low Baserunner Efficiency
How This System Works
The first condition checks that the team's average number of baserunners left on base over their last 5 games is 11.3 or fewer. The second condition checks that the team's moneyline odds are -196.5 or steeper, meaning they are a heavy moneyline favorite. The third condition specifies that the bet is placed on the favorite at the 0.0 spread line. These conditions together identify games where a heavy moneyline favorite that has been leaving 11.3 or fewer runners on base per game over their last 5 games is taking the 0.0 spread.
Backs strong moneyline favorites (better than -196.5) on the spread when their recent offensive efficiency shows limited baserunner production, averaging 11.3 or fewer runners left on base over their last 5 batting performances.
