How This System Works

This system identifies games where the starting pitcher's average run support over their last 10 games is 3.45 runs or fewer, the away team is priced as a heavy moneyline favorite with average odds of -159.57 or steeper across sportsbooks, and the average total line across reference books is above both 8.8065 and 9.5719 runs. These conditions together isolate games with high totals where the away team is heavily favored despite the pitcher receiving minimal run support in recent starts.

Targets games with elevated totals (above 8.8-9.6 runs) where the away team is a significant favorite (odds of -160 or better) but the pitcher has received minimal run support (3.45 runs or fewer per start over last 10 appearances).
